The terms and conditions for using Seedream 5.0 Pro

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://seedream5pro.art (the "Site") and the AI prompt preparation and image generation services provided by Seedream 5.0 Pro ("we", "us", or "our") (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Seedream 5.0 Pro is an independent creative workspace. We provide tools that help users write structured image prompts, upload reference images, choose styles and output settings, and generate images using available AI models. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the owners of any third-party image generation models or platforms referenced on the Site, including any model referred to as "Seedream".
Output quality, availability, and features depend on the underlying model providers and may change without notice. Full integration with Seedream 5.0 Pro will only be offered if and when stable official access becomes available.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@seedream5pro.art if you suspect unauthorized use.
Some features require generation credits ("Credits"). Credits are virtual, non-transferable, and have no cash value. Free-plan Credits and subscription Credits expire according to the terms shown on the pricing page unless otherwise stated. Unused Credits generally do not roll over.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe or Creem on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Prices are listed in USD and do not include taxes, which may be added where required.
We may offer one-time credit packages or lifetime access. These are charged once and described at the point of purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing settings or by contacting support. After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period unless required by law.
If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of the charge for a refund. We reserve the right to decline a refund request if you have materially used the Services (for example, consumed a significant portion of Credits or generated substantial output). One-time credit purchases and lifetime access are non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:
We may review content, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement for violations.
Our name, logo, code, designs, and other materials made available through the Services are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of the prompts, reference images, and other content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display it solely to operate, improve, and secure the Services.
Outputs generated by AI models are provided "as-is". We do not guarantee that outputs are unique, free of third-party rights, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring your use of outputs complies with applicable law and the terms of any underlying model provider.
Your privacy matters. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate, suitable, or non-infringing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100 if you did not make a payment.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seedream 5.0 Pro and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to us, other users, or third parties. You may also delete your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Seedream 5.0 Pro is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
